Well that's our third case in the past two weeks! Thankfully, this was a more or less straightforward affair. Contrast injection showed cutoff at the site of biliary anastomosis (A: green arrow). We maneuvered across it and dye injection showed dilated intrahepatic channels (B). A plastic stent of 12 French diameter and 12cm length was placed (C). The last image is a pre-procedure MRCP film, showing the site of stricture (green arrow)
