Post liver transplant anastomotic biliary stricture with an intra-diverticular papilla

This patient had an anastomotic biliary stricture following a orthotopic liver transplant. The papilla was intra-diverticular, making access quite tricky. We persevered and we're rewarded with biliary cannulation. A 12F 10cm plastic stent was placed.
