Three big ones (Blue arrows, pointing to the calculi in the CBD). Access to the bile duct was tricky and we had to do a transpancreatic papillotomy prior to achieving cannulation of CBD. Despite the size, stone extraction was straightforward. Three sweeps with the balloon and we were left with a nice clean bile duct.
